Economy Delivery: 3-5 Day Service
We use our own fleet of vans, trucks & wagons were possible, if we cannot delivery your goods using our own transport we use DPD Local, Stiller & Nicholson’s Transport.

Express Delivery: 1-2 Day Service
We use our own fleet of vans, trucks & wagons were possible, if we cannot delivery your goods using our own transport we use DPD Local, Stiller & Nicholson’s Transport.

During checkout you are prompted to choose a delivery option, the cost of this will be displayed. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email.

We always ask that you ensure your contact number is accurate as we may need to call to confirm a delivery time/date.

Your order can arrive at any time between 8am and 8pm, unfortunately we are unable to specify a specific time of delivery. if your order is shipped via courier, you will be able to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery in most cases. You should also be able to track the status of your order online via the carrier’s website.

These tend to be picked, packed and posted within 48 hours.

Due to the sizes of our packages we always endeavour to deliver your order(s) with our own fleet, on some occasion this may not be viable so we will use a courier generally these will be but not limited to DPD Local, Stiller & Nicholson’s Transport.

Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your products from MB Decor, you have 14 days to return your order to us (See returns section below) for a full NO QUIBBLE refund.

Returns

You have the right to change your mind and return your product to us, unused & unopened or unpackaged within 14 days of receiving your order.

Any packaging or security seals must be intact. You will be responsible for paying postage costs for the returned item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s).

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours to let us know (for damaged items we will need images) and we’ll arrange to refund or replace the item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s).

MB Decor cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged when being returned to us. Always obtain a Certificate of Posting and consider using a Signed For service.
