Here at MB DIY we use our own fleet of vans, trucks & wagons where ever possible to ensure safe passage of your goods. If we cannot deliver your purchased products using our own transport we use DPD Local, Stiller & Nicholson’s Transport trusted couriers.

During checkout you are prompted to choose a delivery option, the cost of this will be displayed – please select the appropriate option. Once your order is placed, you will then receive a confirmation email.

We always ask that you ensure your contact number is accurate as we may need to call to confirm a delivery time/date.

Your order can arrive at any time between 8:00am and 8:00pm, unfortunately we are unable to specify a specific time of delivery. If your order is shipped via courier, you will be able to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery in most cases. You should also be able to track the status of your order online via the carriers website.


These are picked, packed and posted within 48 hours where ever possible.

Due to the sizes of our packages we always endeavour to deliver your order(s) with our own fleet, on some occasion this may not be viable so we will use a courier generally these will be but not limited to DPD Local, Stiller & Nicholson’s Transport.


You do have the right to change your mind and return your product to us, unused & unopened or unpackaged within 14 days of receiving your order.

Any packaging or security seals must be intact. You will be responsible for paying postage costs for the returned item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s).


We understand that you may not be using your product(s) immediately after delivery however we do require you to unpack ALL items received immediately to ensure none of your items are damaged.

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours to inform us (for damaged items we may require photos to feedback to our couriers or in very rare cases our delivery team) and we’ll arrange to refund or replace the item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s).

MB DIY cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged when being returned to us. Always obtain a Certificate of Posting and consider using a Signed For service.
