Returns Policy:

At MB Decor, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, we acknowledge that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return an item, please adhere to the following steps:

1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you intend to return an item.
2. Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, inclusive of all accessories and manuals. Please include your order number and the reason for the return on a seperate sheet.
3. Return the package to us at: RETURNS DEPARTMENT: MB DIY, Unit 1 MB Court, South Bank Road, Middlesbrough TS3 8AN.

Upon receiving and verifying the returned item’s original condition, we will refund the total purchase price of the product. Please be aware, we do not offer refunds on any shipping costs. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.

We regret that we cannot accept returns of custom-made or one-off ordered items or items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item has been mishandled or damaged due to improper use or care.

Please note: it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to us, we would suggest a tracking service is used and insurance in case of any damage during transit.

Faulty / Damaged & Missing Items:

In the event that you receive a faulty, damaged or incomplete order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
