Anti-Mould Silicone is a premium grade silicone sealant containing powerful anti-fungal compounds to prevent mould, mildew & bacterial growth in areas subject to high humidity levels. Sealing around baths, showers, sinks, windows and all other sanitary ware in kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms and all areas of high humidity, moisture and condensation.
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and all other contaminants. Cut the tip of the cartridge and attach nozzle. Cut the nozzle at an angle of 45° with an opening slightly larger than the gap to be sealed. Apply using a standard sealant gun, keeping an even pressure on the trigger and keeping the gun at a constant angle. Tool down immediately with a spatula or piece of wood wetted with a soap and water solution. Sealant will be touch dry in approximately 20-30 minutes and fully cured after 24 hours for a 3mm bead but dependent on temperature and conditions.

Not suitable for aquaria, on marble/natural stone or as a mirror adhesive. Porous surfaces should be primed before application. Silicones generally adhere poorly to some plastics e.g. PE, PP and PET. Not suitable for use with bituminous or plasticizer-releasing surfaces.
